Successful candidates will be responsible for operating Call Center/ Customer Service teams; monitoring the teams' performance, motivating or impelling outsourcing processes to meet KPIs, reviewing report the ensure that the teams manage to deliver satisfying service, setting productivities target for the teams, Training and acknowledging outsourcing in product knowledge

· Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
· At least 5 years of working experience in Call center or related field
· Strong management and communication skills
· Good command of English
