Corporate Legal Counsel (3yrs+ as in-house Legal Counsel and Lawfirm/ Excellent English)

Location: Bangkok

Job Reference: MSM 7213

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Providing competent legal support including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising the business risk and contract reviews
Coordinating with Legal HQ to confirm any final agreement, also coordinating with external Legal firm and government sector
Managing and controlling the Legal internal process and collaborating with the person involved
Other tasks as assigned by the superior

Furthermore descriptions of this role, you will be discussing with a consultant in the interview session.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Age between 30 - 38 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Law
Possess at least 5 years of experience as in-house Legal Counsel
Must have experience from a Law Firm
Strong knowledge of Business Law and International Commercial Law
Lawyer's license is required
Excellent Command of English

Salary : Attractive (Based on experiences)
