JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise and undertake recruitment-related tasks on your own.
Screening candidates first before referring them to the HR Manager for short-listing (for position AM up).
Contact and build relationships with recruitment firms in order to post jobs, evaluate their performance, and provide input on their candidacy.
Create the first draft of an employment contract, send it out for peer review, and enter new employee information into the HR system.
Manage the probation evaluation system.
You will be discussing more in-depth descriptions with a consultant in the interview session.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Between 27 - 33 years old
· Bachelor’s Degree in any field
· Experience over 3 years in HR, Recruitment, or related
· Good Team Player and Problem Solving Skills, and Multi-Tasking
· Good English Communication
Salary: THB 40,000 - 65,000 (Based on qualifications & experiences)
