JOB DESCRIPTION:
Carry main responsibilities for training and development by contacting and coordinating with the internal and external departments to provide a good quality training programme
Initiate and plan the program or project to evaluate the working performance with the HR team to achieve the employees' evaluation
Handle HR-related documentation, including data for the payroll process
Manage other HR-related Tasks as assigned by the manager
You will be discussing more in-depth descriptions with a consultant in the interview session.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Age between 35 - 42 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organisation Development, or other related fields
Possess at least 7 years of experience in HRD field
Solid knowledge of HRD & Talents Management
Experience from manufacturing industry is preferred
Excellent command of English
