JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing a huge number of integration requests into a pipeline. Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking post-sale technical help over the phone or via email. Follow up with clients, give opinions, and see that concerns are resolved. Give client feedback or ideas to the internal staff.
You will be discussing with a consultant in the interview session for further descriptions of this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Not over 30 years old
· A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields
· At least 1 year as HR, GA from Tech or IT industry
· Experience in providing help desk support
· Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
· Good command of English
