JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Customer Service teams, coordinating with the Claim department regarding any claim request from clients, participating in recruitment and training process, supporting Line Manager with assigned projects, preparing and reviewing the performance report for the management level. You will be discussed with our consultant for more in-depth descriptions in the interview session.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Age between 28 - 35 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields
At least 3 years of experiences in Sales, Call Center, or Customer Service fields
Experienced from insurance business will be an advantage
Strong management and communication skills
Good command of English
Salary : THB 30,000 - 40,000 package salary (Based on experiences) Benefit : Attractive Employee Type: Full Time/ Permanent
