JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Participate in or lead (as applicable) the design/development of a new HR system, as well as planning, initiatives, and policies.
· Coordinate with HR Department Manager/ C&B Unit Manager to launch HR project, improvement, and/or policy to address difficulties or adapt management strategies and requirements
· Find applicants to fill open positions
· Conduct selection interviews
· Make recommendations on candidate selection
You will be discussing in-depth details of the duties with the consultant during the interview session.
QUALIFICATION:
· Bachelor or Master's Degree in any field
· At least 7 years in Recruitment or Recruitment Agency
· Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
· Good English communication skills
Salary : THB 50,000 - 65,000 (Based on qualifications & experiences)
